A flamboyant flamingo with a taste for the exotic
Flora is made of cotton fabrics, thread, string, Poly-fil stuffing, Embroidery floss, lace, wire, brass tubing, polymer clay, buttons, Modge Podge, enamel and acrylic paint. She's 24 inches tall, and comes mounted to a wood base.
Flora was featured at the Birds of a Fiber exhibit at the Pacific Northwest Quilt and Fiber Arts Museum in La Conner, Washington, Jan. 23 to March 1 2020.
